The essential terms for using Deadline Desk on Windows and Apple devices.

Free version
The Windows free version permits up to three active deadlines and includes fixed categories. Completed deadlines do not count toward the active limit.
Optional subscription
Additional Windows features may be offered through an optional subscription. The current price, currency, trial eligibility and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Unless cancelled before the trial or current billing period ends, the subscription automatically renews according to the terms accepted at checkout.
Promotional codes
A promotional code may reduce or remove a charge according to the duration and conditions shown during Stripe checkout. Codes have no cash value and may be limited or withdrawn where permitted.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal at any time through the Stripe customer portal opened from Deadline Desk. Pro remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe indicates otherwise.
Refunds
If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, contact info@deadlinedesk.app. Any mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.
Computer limit and recovery
A Windows Pro subscription may be active on one computer at a time. You may move Pro to a replacement or reset computer by verifying the email address associated with the Stripe subscription. Completing recovery deactivates the previous installation.
Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep Deadline Desk and subscription verification available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Recently verified Pro access can continue offline for a limited grace period.
